Responsible for the candidate pipeline including both internal candidates, external applicants and external sourced candidates.
Primary recruiting contact for hiring managers.
Continually engages with hiring managers and succession planning team to understanding the business recruiting needs
Maintains and ensures compliance with local recruitment policies and processes.
Manages candidate experience to minimize time to hire
40% of time spent sourcing candidates
30% of time spent on hiring manager interaction
30% of time spent on candidate conversations and interaction
HS diploma required, Associates and/or Bachelors a plus.
Technical Skills Required
Previous recruitment experience
Extensive candidate sourcing experience using LinkedIn recruiter, Indeed, Dice (nice to have)
Experience with the information technology industry (preferred not absolutely required)
Soft Skills Required
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Customer service background
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
