Federal Work Study – Admissions
Federal Work Study
Sugar Grove Campus
The work-study position provides clerical support to the Admissions office. The primary responsibility for this position is to assist with various activities and projects related to Admissions.
A. Answer phones and serve as office receptionist
B. Check in students when they enter the office.
C. Assist with data input into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as needed.
D. Assist with assembling mail packets for prospective students.
E. Assist students with navigation and registration in mywcc as needed.
F. Assist in organization and professional appearance of office areas.
G. Assist with preparation of event materials, filing, and other office tasks.
H. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
ENTRY LEVEL REQUIREMENTS:
A. Currently enrolled student eligible for Federal Work Study Program.
B. Flexibility, excellent communication and organizational skills.
C. Ability to work between 10 and 20 hours per week.
D. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive material.
E. Bilingual ability preferred but not required.
