Our Facilities Division \(FAC\) has a great opportunity for a Maintenance Mechanic I position\. Under general supervision of the Foreman, you will perform preventative maintenance, operational functions, and repairs to building systems; structures and utilities in strict accordance with established safety practices & procedures\.

We expect you should possess a high degree of proficiency in the repair, calibration/adjustment diagnosis, defective component replacement, functional test performance, disassembly and overhauling of at least two major systems listed below:

+ HVAC systems
+ Building automation systems; Johnson Controls Metasys
+ Compressed air systems
+ Steam systems
+ Plumbing systems
+ Electrical systems up to and including 480 volt
+ Emergency generators
+ Pumps

Two years of technical school training and 3\+ years of experience, including computer literacy, or 5\+ years professional experience in preventative maintenance and repair of two or more of the following major systems:

+ HVAC systems
+ Building automation systems; Johnson Controls Metasys
+ Compressed air systems
+ Steam systems
+ Plumbing systems
+ Electrical systems up to and including 480 volt
+ Emergency generators Pumps
+ High school diploma or equivalent\.

Although most of our Maintenance personnel work the day shift some off shift coverage may be required\.
