Blue Cross of Idaho
The Pharmacy Account Manager will be responsible
for developing and maintaining relationships with Blue Cross of Idaho external clients . Partner
with Sales, Account Executive and Clinical teams assigned to an account and
provide operational pharmacy expertise.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
+ Supports thestrategic sales and tactical plans by consulting with key decision makers andoperational stakeholders in the region.
+ Manages externalclient facing relationships and partners with corporate and regional businessareas.
+ Developscommunication documents and training criteria related to external client facingprogram success measures.
+ Maintain issueslog, root cause and preventive measure for assigned clients for review withclients and internal stakeholders
+ Escalate globalissues for resolution
+ Assist in thedevelopment of recommendations for outcomes-based savings, revenueopportunities and providing onsite dedicated operations support to standaloneclient/health plan.
Location:Must reside in Meridian Idaho and be onsite
+ Requires a BA/BS;3-5 years of health insurance related experience or any combination ofeducation and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
+ Pharmacy Operations experience highlypreferred
+ Partner with Sales, Account Executive andClinical teams assigned to an account and provide operational pharmacyexpertise.
+ Partner with Account management /accountexecutive to ensure successful renewal of clients by removing obstacles in theoperational areas that can create client abrasion
+ Accountable for collaboration withimplementation manager for integrated and Standalone implementations
+ Maintain issues log, root cause and preventivemeasure for assigned clients for review with clients and internal stakeholders
+ Escalate global issues for resolution
+ Discover and deploy operational efficaciesbenefiting the client and IngenioRx with collaboration from other operationareas
+ Work with all areas of operations to ensureteam is supported in driving to resolution of issues impacting clients andmembers
