We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Wastewater Engineer to join our team in any of our 17 office locations. The primary role of this position will be in the field of wastewater treatment planning, design, and construction. MSA values employees with exceptional client focus and strong technical knowhow. • Project Management and preparation of wastewater facilities planning reports and feasibility reports
• Project Management and preparation of wastewater treatment facility construction plans and specifications / bidding documents
• Project Management and administration of wastewater treatment facility construction projects
• Ability to develop and navigate Contract drawings using AutoCAD, Civil3D, and other 3-D software such as Revit
• Attendance at client meetings
• Project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering required
• Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering preferred
• 5-15 years of prior experience including wastewater design and construction required
• Professional Engineer license required (WI PE preferred)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written, graphical, and verbal formats
• Ability to lead and manage a multiple disciplinary project team
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, BioWin, and Arc View preferred
• The ideal candidate will have prior project management and client liaison experience or a desire to grow into that role
