This internship position is for an MRO Contracts&Wnty Intern professional. The successful candidate will work closely with the Contracts Repair team to assist in order induction, order processing, order status, order entry, and analysis. Attention to detail and data management is key in this role.
· Order Induction and Processing
· Compile and Analyzes Data
· Extensive internal interface with various internal/external functions
· Work closely with Contract Administrators across commercial and military disciplines
· Assist with review and processing of customer orders
· Provide order status updates
· Order Entry
· Perform common contracts tasks (Reporting, Charts, Pivot tables)
· Support the Contracts Team in meeting customer requirements
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
· Process Misdirect Shipments
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Legal, Finance or Economics.
· Proficient on Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
· Attention to Detail
· Excellent Organizational Skills
· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
+ US Citizenship is required.
