We are seeking an IT Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will implement monitoring solutions, participate in budget standards, implement new processes and procedures, and have experience with infrastructure network security. The ideal IT Manager has a strong work ethic, is highly organized, seeks to improve processes and procedures, and has strong project management skills.
Develop and oversee IT procedures and operations
Provide day to day support for 6 office locations
Manage helpdesk staff by training/coaching employees, communicating job expectations, overseeing daily performance
Design, develop, and implement systems, procedures, and policies • Ensure safety of network access, backup systems, and data
Daily administrative tasks on the infrastructure as well as work on projects and provide end user support when required
Assess performance of systems and make adjustments, provide capacity planning and growth projections, assist with end-user support, and perform software installs and upgrades.
Identity problematic areas and implement resolutions in a timely manner
Access to sensitive and confidential information and must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Support a 24/7/365 Monitoring Center
System/Network/Upper level Helpdesk experience required, preferable 5 years
Ability to evaluate software and hardware
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Deadline and detail-oriented
