The Security Technical Support Engineer (STSE) is to build and enhance customer relationships by providing technical service, installation, and sales support while offering innovative ideas to improve product quality to customers, field personnel, and internal personnel.
The STSE is to provide pre-sales support and engineering, as requested by Account Executives, Project Managers, and/or Installation, Service, Sales, or Division Managers.
They are to assist field technicians with technical support and communicate with customers for resolution of installation or service issues as well as preventative maintenance requests.
They are to assist Security Project Managers with project system engineering. The STSE is to provide technical support on field hardware, system field devices, software set-up, configuration, and programming in accordance with engineered drawings and project documents. They are also to provide training to customers and company personnel as requested.
