Job Description

TITLE: Fulfillment Coordinator DEPARTMENT: Fulfillment Operations
LOCATION: Sterling, IL REPORTS TO: Fulfillment Operations Manager
DIRECT REPORTS: none JOB CODE: FLCORD
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt CREATED: REVISED: 09/03/2013

MAIN OBJECTIVE:
Receiving, shipping and managing inventory for Fulfillment Programs clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare packages and process shipments using UPS, FedEx, 3rd party shipping system
• Verify receiving shipments with packing lists and put away stock
• Work on fulfillment/kitting projects
• Count Inventory
• Load and unload trucks
• Process returns
• Track packages
• Post freight to POs
• Answer questions regarding inventory, shipping, freight & supplies
• Share responsibility with other Fulfillment Coordinators for checking & responding to Sterling-Rock Falls Warehouse emails
• Make bins and labels for new program merchandise
• Maintain neat and orderly appearance of entire warehouse
• Rearrange inventory/materials/supplies properly and straighten up as needed
• Perform general maintenance including cleaning, garbage, shoveling snow and ordering supplies
• Operate: Forklifts, Standup Electric Pallet Jacks and Manual Pallet Jacks
• Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous warehouse experience and forklift license preferred.

• Basic math and PC skills, including Windows navigation, internet usage and Microsoft Outlook e-mail
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective oral and written communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

• Flexibility and ability to work well in a team environment
• Able to work overtime when required

• Standing and walking for long periods of time

• Dexterity to successfully operate office machines such as telephone, computer, fax, and copier
