Responsible for managing information systems projects across multiple business departments to analyze information systems, improve business processes and systems, and ensure the success of a wide variety of business operations as well as the effective functionality of the company’s IRMS software. Specific duties include analyzing business needs and documenting business rules across multiple client accounts; conducting on-site client visits to perform initial foundational analysis and production of requirements documents, functional specification documents, testing, training, and project work; collecting client documents and performing weekly review and resolution of reported issues and modification requests; ensuring internal coordination, testing, and deployment of client application releases; communicating user and functional requirements to the development team; providing on-site and remote client support and training; developing project plans in cooperation with project managers and development staff to meet project needs; undertaking on-site application deployments, test script development, and text script execution; and establishing and maintaining excellent client relations.
