Responsible for the strategic development, governance, vendor and program management of segment rewards benefit programs. Develop approach and provide ongoing support for all rewards programs for executive population including onboarding, offboarding and ongoing assistance.
Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy and execute new segment rewards benefits for both executive and broad based populations (Research of trends, strategy behind benefits, vendor selection, governance development, vendor onboarding, education/communication plan).
  • Manage segment benefit programs (ongoing governance, documentation, vendor management, employee communications, etc.).
  • Develop strategy and materials for ongoing support for Executives (onboarding, offboarding, ongoing).
  • Execute support model for executives including proactive assistance for complex executive circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, Strategy or Related

Preferred Qualifications

If we had our say, we’d also look for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Law or Project Management
  • 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, Strategy or Related
