A strategic priority for Honeywell is to build out the Connected portfolio and drive the expansion of the Honeywell Connected Plant line of business. The Customer Success Specialist role is a great opportunity to provide a new and valuable service to Honeywell customers within the UOP and non-UOP installed base.
Honeywell Connected Plant (HCP) is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support all new and ongoing HCP engagements in the US region. This role will work with a team of HCP Support Specialists and Managers in providing direct customer support and will be critical in establishing and maintaining customer relationships and driving ongoing value delivery for HCP solutions.
The Customer Success Specialist will ensure that HCP operating objectives, customer commitments, and customer satisfaction metrics are met. Duties include supporting HCP Managers in delivering customer commitments on a regular basis ensuring that all HCP issues are addressed, and progress is being made on key HCP actions and recommendations. Other duties include ongoing, monthly, and quarterly communication of results to the customer.
To support this effort, the Customer Success Specialist will have regular and on-going communications with process experts across the Honeywell community. These process experts will be providing technical rationale and justification for HCP recommendations and actions.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelors degree in chemical engineering
+ 6 years minimum refining or petrochemicals experience
+ Technical Excellence core understanding of multiple UOP technologies for customer facing technical discussions.
+ Good understanding of Honeywell UOP technologies
+ Experience within UOPs Service organization preferred
+ Integrative Thinker leverage knowledge of UOP technologies and customers together with knowledge of CPS capabilities to provide solutions.
+ Experience in engineering modeling, optimization, and related services is beneficial
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and commitments
+ Solid, comprehensive, problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
+ Ability to travel up to 35% annually to both domestic and international sites.
