Job Description

Position Summary

The Wealth Management Specialist demonstrates proficiency in handling day-to-day client issues and providing support to assigned Wealth Advisors with minimal supervision and may be involved in division-wide marketing and client relationship management activities.

In addition, the Wealth Management Specialist will serve as the primary relationship manager for a group of assigned accounts.


Essential Job Functions Include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare client and prospect proposals and presentations, documents, account set-up forms, and electronic files for new accounts
  • Complete administrative account reviews
  • Assist or perform day-to-day account administration including client communication, appointment scheduling, and file maintenance
  • Assist with financial plan production
  • Assist with business development efforts (e.g. special events, mailings, and follow up calls)
  • Serve as liaison between Wealth Advisors, AMTS Operations, and the AMTS Investments team
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a group of assigned accounts

Computer Skills

  • Basic computer skills with interest and ability to learn new applications
  • Microsoft Office, Trust Accounting Software a plus

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 5 years related experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly: talking, hearing
  • Frequently: standing, walking, feeling/touching, vision – close, peripheral, depth, ability to adjust focus
  • Occasionally: sitting, climbing and/or balancing, reaching with arms and hands, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling, lifting objects up to 30 pounds
