EXPERIENCE IN GLOBAL IT IS A MUST!
A good fit will be someone with a minimum of 3-5 years in a GLOBAL IT role.
The compensation range for this role is up to $300K with a combination of salary and bonuses.
The Global IT Manager will work in an environment that includes different servers and computers and will be responsible for all GLOBAL IT related functions including technical planning, implementation and installation of servers, network appliances, security, storage and networking. The Global IT Manager will develop documentation and automated processes/workflows and will collaborate with internal and external partners to develop IT solutions, components, and interfaces. The manager will also provide systems administration support for the above referenced systems and provide excellent end-user customer support.

You will be responsible for the following across our US, Macedonia and Bulgaria locations:
+ Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
+ Develop, manage and implement IT initiatives, including the ongoing environment optimization, and operational processes to ensure quality, efficiency, productivity, agility, and budgetary goal achievement.
+ Collaborate with developers and business users to design, develop, and integrate user interfaces and services that meet business needs
+ Evaluate technology risks in order to develop cyber security policies, a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures
+ Ensure security of data, network access and verify backup/recovery systems
+ Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
+ Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in acceptable timeframes
+ Audit systems and processes and assess their outcomes
+ Identify IT operational inefficiencies and gain senior leadership support for the development and execution of improvement plans.
+ Act as an IT change agent, supporting change management and work within the business to ensure the coordination of IT changes with minimal disruption to business processes.
+ Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
+ Work/partner with the operational teams to determine how to streamline and automate systems and processes by utilizing innovative technology and maintaining technology.
+ Oversee the annual IT budget and ensuring cost effectiveness

+ Highly technical, you can do all technical things yourself. THIS ROLE IS VERY “HANDS ON”
+ Very, very good at project management and implementation
+ Multi office, multi-continent environments.
+ Pro- Cloud, that has VAST experience in cloud and scripting. Evaluation and strategy.
+ AGAINST ?iron" on premise
+ Consider yourself to be the ultimate expert.
+ You live, dream and breathe Automation
+ Unifying systems, lowering the number of software pieces. (We have 100+. We?d like no more than 20.)
+ Managing 3rd party vendors (but ONLY to look for such for some very niche unique things.) Example: You need to hire a vendor to make a phone call to the Moon for example. That’s niche.
