Responsible for Quality Improvement Teams (QIT) and ensure implementation in the region is in alignment with ENA Quality strategies and priorities, monitor key Quality KPI’s for branches and districts, report status and ensure permanent Corrective Actions are implemented. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with system and procedures including: 5S audits, critical sites follow-up (EFR/COR); and pilot validation support. Engage with branches by being responsible for and facilitating Quality Improvement Projects for both Process and Product. Identify drivers of process and product defects such as rework, scrap and call-out rate, which impact the long-term reliability of equipment and ultimately customer experience. Develop innovative solutions to reduce waste and improve quality. Conduct project reviews to identify issues for both product and process, understand root cause, and develop as well as implement corrective actions to limit risk and financial exposure. Participate and be responsible for portions of District or Branch Operational Reviews. Analyze warranty claim and call out information to support data-driven, root cause analysis and resolution throughout the supply chain. Support Net Promoter or customer satisfaction actions or follow-up with business stakeholders. Support sales with contract requirements related to quality. Ensure communication of relevant product bulletins including troubleshooting instructions. Actively participate in project and product development to drive improved installation quality and long-term reliability. Up to 50%, both domestic and international travel required.
