Consultants –Implementation Analysis for Chicago, IL location. Independently work on multiple datawarehouse ETL development projects with competing deadlines, performing design, setup, test, delivery and documentation in support of credit decisioning systems, credit reporting, and credit services. Analyze detailed business requirements and entire process design to formulate, code an execution plan and/or modify solutions. Engage with and may lead cross functional teams, work closely with business teams to understand and evaluate workflow and processes and with key stakeholders to drive strategic and tactical initiatives. Synthesize business and technical needs and articulate key issues. Develop and execute test plans, analyzing data and test results to ensure integrity throughout the program lifecycle. Responsible for problem resolution, system administration and the development of business rules. Identify and implement process efficiencies, cost reduction opportunities and quality improvement. Perform project management. Mentor and train junior analysts. Technical environment: Ab-Initio, Informatica, EME, EB2, Unix/LINUX, Windows, Open Systems, Agile, Waterfall, Oracle, Autosys, ETL (Transform, Partition, Departition, Parallelism, Joining, Sorting); tables, schemas, views, queries (DB2/Oracle databases, SQL Server); shell scripting (Unix, Korn), Salesforce, Buildforge, Clarity, Data Gateway/NMD. *Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology plus two years of experience in the job offered or in software development or data analysis required. Required Skills: experience creating reports to analyze big data; experience analyzing data and metrics using tables, schemas, views, queries (DB2/Oracle databases, SQL Server); perform data manipulation using ETL (Ab-Initio) including Transform, Partition, Departition, Parallelism, Joining, Sorting; scripting (Unix, Korn), Salesforce, Buildforge, Clarity, Data Gateway/NDM; process improvement by creating coding using Unix, Linux, AbInitio, Informatica, Open Systems, Autosys, Waterfall, Agile. 20% telecommuting permitted. ( *Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology plus five years of progressive experience in the job offered or in software development or data analysis also acceptable). 37.5hrs/wk
