Job Description

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall planning, management and administration of employment needs, including but not limited to policy administration and interpretation, employee relations, coaching and counseling in the areas of performance management and conflict resolution, onboarding and integration efforts, administration of  compensation and evaluation processes as well as management of various record-keeping systems. In addition, the HR Manager will ensure compliance with the firms policies, procedures and business conduct as well as federal, state and local regulations.

Desired Skills and Experience:

                    Demonstrated success in a mid to large size professional services organization

                    5 years experience as a Human Resources Manager Required

                    Law Firm Human Resources Management a plus

                    Bachelors Degree required, Human Resources Certification Preferred

                    Leadership skills

                    A proactive and self-directed approach to managing multiple projects

                    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

                    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

                    The ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
