Manage the essential function of the company’s Sales and Marketing Division. Responsible for expanding the reach and breadth of the company’s product line, as well as developing the customer base and increasing the volume of product sales to existing customers in order to drive the profitable growth of product lines. Direct and oversee the company’s client development function, focusing on expanding company sales staff and developing U.S. account management employees by instructing them on effective methods for engaging in new client relationship building, as well as overseeing current relationship building. Contract review and negotiation for new clients and projects. Supervise the introduction of new product lines, overseeing the offering of company products to new clients, and creating and managing new accounts and product lines. Direct the development and furtherance of business opportunities for the company and exercise a wide degree of latitude in making decisions regarding the development and implementation of marketing and sales solutions. Responsible for supervising our company’s efforts to attract additional customers and expand our market share in North America. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Management, Economics or related and five years of progressive experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales and Marketing Manager in the field of optical components and mobile telecommunications. Experience must include overseeing the development and implementation of new business development strategy, identifying new business targets and managing the sales and marketing efforts for optical components, mobile telecommunications and medical device markets. 10-15 % domestic & international travel required.
