Position Summary:

Our client, Colony Display, is hiring an Installation Supervisor(s) who will provide on-site coordination for all phases of in-store renovation displays for national retailers. 100% travel is required. Ideal candidate(s) will focus on attention-to-detail, driven by deadlines, and can complete projects in or below budget. Responsibilities requires inspecting worksites to ensure a high standard of quality is delivered ensuring all project deadlines are met with safety at the forefront of their contribution.

**Compensation to include allowance for travel expenses (mileage, daily per diem) and the possibility of bonus based on performance.

Responsibilities:

+ Owning personal development to increase knowledge about our clients and projects.

+ Support management to ensure compliance of company, clients, regulatory guidelines.

+ Manage a diverse team of 4 to 6 contract workers including coaching and mentoring to deliver outstanding results.

+ Exceed quality control (QC) expectations established by the client.

+ Build and foster professional relationships with clients and Colony business units.

+ Identify issues that could impact the success of projects, craft solutions, and collaborated with the project team(s) to achieve successful results.

+ Document and report daily jobsite activity.

+ Conduct daily walk around to monitor progress and assist with future project planning.

+ Communicate QC standards, meet deadlines, and delegate tasks effectively.

+ Manage a clean and organized job site.

+ Promote safety, cleanliness, and maintain organized worksites.

+ Identify project improvements with solutions.

+ Submit timesheets and expense reports to management for approval.

+ Demonstrate keep leadership skills, while motivating and managing a team effectively.

+ Adapt to changing project deadlines, guidelines, and schedules based on client or organizational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

+ 2+ years of carpentry lead experience and ability to use tools of the trade.

+ Microsoft Office experience

+ Background check, drug testing and valid U.S. driver?s license required w/ MVR requested.

+ 100% travel with up to 3 weeks away from home.

+ Familiar with using mobile devices and apps.

+ Retail and/or management experience is preferred.

+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.
