Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager- Sales Finance and Reporting, the Financial Analyst – Reporting will compile financial data and will be responsible for developing integrated reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while ensuring financial information has been recorded accurately.
+ Subject matter specialist in all financial reporting
+ Ensure accurate, timely, and complete transparency reporting for HoA financial reporting
+ Develop a consistent customer profitability model that links customer P&L, channel P&L and company P&L views
+ Develop and deliver standard financial reporting package for the month, quarter, YTD and sent to HoA Board
+ Identify ways to streamline data collection and validation through ongoing process improvements and communicate to Senior Finance Manager
+ Work with IT, Accounting, and other functions to ensure systems are updated and adapt to new or augmented reporting requirements
+ Validate and correct data as necessary
+ Deliver consistent financial monthly and YTD reporting for sku profitability, EVA, cost to serve, detailed budget reporting actual vs. plan, LBE and LY
+ Lead broker performance reporting and quarterly KPI?s for payment
+ Assist in the preparation of financial inputs needed for internal reports and presentation
+ Support the preparation of excel templates to be used in annual operating plan and LBE
+ Work cooperatively across all functions to address and deliver additional financial reporting requests
+ Work with Accounting and PMO to support the implementation of SAP and a smooth transition from Qlikview and Exact
+ Other duties as assigned
+ Must have a Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting or Finance
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within tight deadlines
+ Strong team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
+ Proactive, good communication skills (oral and written), superior analytical skills and high degree of attention to detail
+ Experience with Microsoft Office ? Word, Power Point, Access and intermediate to Advance Excel skills
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times for deliverables
