Translate and deliver business strategies through the leadership of an effective sales team. Manage revenue streams to ensure sustained business growth and profitably while driving a high performance and service led culture. Work with senior leaders to develop business plans that align with company goals and deliver business growth and profitability. Utilize knowledge of competency based interviewing and employee selections. Utilize data from colleagues to develop and implement client development strategies that drive client retention and a healthy business mix, such as new business, repeat, and penetration while meeting the short, medium, and long-term needs of the client base. Initiate and coordinate plans to penetrate new markets and expand the client portfolio while conducting market research and presenting business cases to stakeholders. Identify and report on target clients and business opportunities within the relevant sector to create a balanced client base and to set and exceed revenue targets. Engage in meetings and seek feedback to enable continuous service improvements. Establish long term business relationships with the clients and maximize and develop sale opportunities to achieve a sustainable business. Define and communicate client service levels based on the client tiering approach while ensuring relevant service delivery and effective end to end management of the customer’s journey. Protect brand reputation and seek opportunities to improve through various feedback channels, including regular client service review meetings and pre and post placements. Arrange and distribute key business messages to direct reports which keeps them informed and provide direction and guidance while taking the opportunity to transfer key knowledge and skills. Articulate expectations and goals. Setting performance standards for managers. Lead sale teams in line with the service attributes and behaviors that ensures client retention and service. Perform people management with integrity. Coach managers and provide feedback to ensure improved performance. Select STEM markets for growth opportunities. Work with CRM software, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent. Deliver sales pitches to target clients.
Job Requirements: Five (5) years of experience with competency based interviewing and employee selection, selecting STEM markets for growth opportunities, CRM software, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent, people management, setting and exceeding revenue targets, and delivering sales pitches to target clients.
