Job Description

Wilson Sporting Goods Co. seeks SAP OMNI Channel Analyst to work in Chicago, Illinois. Work with the e-Commerce and Information Technology teams in North America to design and test core SAP system functionality, while coordinating with other global OMNI channel teams to analyze user needs and develop and implement SAP software solutions. Apply SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) knowledge to analyze key e-commerce system requirements and design, develop and enhance application interfaces, perform system configuration, provide documentation and reporting, and perform system troubleshooting. Recommend and configure core SAP solutions with a focus on providing cross-brand and global capabilities. Work with users and other Wilson global OMNI channel teams to determine the functional needs of the required e-commerce technology and recommend solutions to ensure high quality enterprise resource planning (ERP) system reporting. Perform design, development, implementation and testing for core software development projects related to SAP business-to-consumer (B2C), business-to-exchange (B2X) and direct-to-exchange (D2X) technologies. Analyze interface requirements between the SAP and e-commerce platforms. Identify, troubleshoot and debug issues with SAP system integration and SAP SD system functionality. Meet with other internal SAP functional teams to analyze project requirements, determine solutions, and provide training. Participate in necessary discussions with other internal SAP teams to design the SAP system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Provide support to resolve system issues discovered by Wilson’s OMNI Channel team and other users. Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Management of Information Systems. Experience in a related position in SAP SD and eCommerce integration required. Work experience also must have included: experience with the technical and configuration components of SAP SD; troubleshooting of issues in the SAP environment; SAP core skills of SAP SD, master data, pricing, allocation, billing, output processing, data migration, SAP query reporting and SAP enhancement technology; user security in SAP; and systems development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies.
