Job Description

This position DOES NOT include Cold Calling. This role will be responsible for helping customers place orders, communicating the status of existing orders, and resolving customer service issues using creativity and the tools at your disposal. Our loyal customers are some of the best customers in the world, and we want to ensure that each and every interaction is interesting and amazing!

We are open 7 days a week, and our Call Centers hours of operation are 24/7/365

We are currently hiring for a variety of shifts, most are Monday through Friday although we may have some that require at least one Saturday or Sunday shift weekly, as well as one position from Thursday – Monday every week.

Responsibilities
Handle Customer Service inbound phone calls
Assist our Customers with placing appointments, orders, and other services
Work to find Creative Solutions to Customer Issues
Provide best-in-class customer service on every connection
Share innovative ideas to improve the overall guest and employee experience
Be awesome.

Requirements

Legally eligible to work in the US

If you are bilingual, Fluent, reading, writing, speaking English and Spanish encouraged to apply

Able to Multi-Task – handling phone calls, emails, and live chats

Computer Savvy

Reliability – 5 – 10 minutes early to work every day assigned
