Your Role and Responsibilities
Works in an agile, collaborative environment with WorkHuman, a 3rd party SaaS product, to implement an integrated solution for goal/performance management, feedback, low performance management, project assessment and to seamlessly interface with IBM’s Reward & Recognition solution which is built upon BI Worldwide SaaS platform.
The job responsibilities are to implement interfaces between WorkHuman and other IBM systems & data warehouse, to design and deliver reports & dashboard by utilizing AI & analytics, and to manage the inbound & outbound dataflows.
Work closely with solution Architect, HR offering managers & product owners and WorkHuman implementation team to design and implement solutions to integrate WorkHuman with other IBM systems and data warehouses. The solution will support the capabilities of goal management, performance management, feedback, low performance management, project assessment and seamless integration with IBM’s Reward & Recognition solution built on BI Worldwide platform. In addition to the system integration work, candidates need to ensure that the overall solution is compliant to IBM’s IT standards (ITSS) and accessibility guideline (CI162). CIO UX Consultant and Researcher will also be involved to optimize the end user experiences.
Location: Southbury, CT OR Raleigh, NC- not able to offer relocation at this time
