The Risk Analyst supports the Risk Management function including but not limited to the management of various data applications such as those that store Passenger Safety and Product Integrity information. Responsible for report generation for a variety of purposes including the preparation and maintenance of weekly and monthly metrics. Work with Risk Management leaders to evaluate data to identify trends within their respective areas and assist with data analyses to determine future program needs.

As Risk Analyst your main responsibilities will be:

+ Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide reports, comprehensive assessments, summaries, presentations, metric preparation or other documentation to aid in risk analysis for Risk Management directives.

+ Assist Passenger Safety with various Product Integrity tasks including meeting scheduling and preparation to include the drafting of agendas and meeting minutes in addition to logging information into I-Sight as required.

+ Assist Passenger Safety with Risk Mitigation Plan compliance audits and create audit reports.

+ Assist both Passenger Safety functions with logging incoming requests for assistance by gathering and inputting data into tracking spreadsheet.

+ Assist with the development of training programs and communications for all Risk Management initiatives. Collaborate with peers and leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements.

+ Responsible for maintenance of various Risk Management scorecards (Safety, Passenger Safety, etc.), preparation of executive level presentations and various other duties as appropriate.

The desired candidate will have:

+ Associate or Bachelor’s degree

+ Two years of experience as an analyst in a similar company or related field

+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines for projects.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to inform managers and other stakeholders of results

+ Proficiency in MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

+ Critical thinking skills with an ability to solve data problems

+ Quantitative and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to understand new analytical concepts

+ Project management experience, a plus
