Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

+ Drive excellence in E-channels: Subject matter expertise in EDI, e-commerce & GHX order processing, including but not limited to, exception processing, driving on-boarding, e-channel process menu expansion, as well as knowledge of exception reduction through customer engagement, process enhancement and technical enhancements.

+ Order processing: Process daily exceptions with speed and accuracy through multiple channels (E-Commerce/ EDI/ GHX/GFAX as well as phone, email, fax) from order through to delivery & invoice.

+ Daily tasks: Responsible for reviewing the status of all open orders, RGA’s, GIT, blocked and incomplete orders, tickets, in support of customers’ orders

+ Customer Communication: Professionally handle incoming requests through multiple channels (phone, email, fax and online) from external and internal customers.

+ Problem Solving: Serves as a resource/escalation point for issue resolution within the team. Supports effective countermeasure identification and execution.

+ Guidance & support: provide CSRs ongoing support by clarifying standard work, answering questions, providing team subject matter expertise. Key account support.

+ Support DBS and continuous improvement: drive process improvement tasks such as projects, Daily Management, 5S, KPIs, Bowlers and other projects as needed

Required Education, Experience, Skills:


+ High School diploma required

+ Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Professional Experience:

+ 3-5+ years’ In Strong Customer Service experience

+ Ecommerce order processing from ecommerce site into invoicing


+ Subject Matter Expertise of E-Channel order management systems

+ EDI Experience is Highly Desired

+ Advanced working knowledge of Order Management systems ie/(SAP, SFDC, Cisco)

+ Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

+ Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
