Schedule Requirement :

Service King offers a variety of flexible work schedules during our 7am to 8pm Monday-Friday and 8am to 3pm Saturday hours of operation (Central Time).

Responsibilities:

+ Delivering professional, accurate and efficient assistance to customers, insurance carriers and vendors

+ Assisting customers with general collision repair inquiries and scheduling vehicle for repair

+ Delivering a professional, courteous and helpful service to callers

+ Demonstrating excellent customer experiences

+ Taking full ownership and accountability by assisting, researching and resolving issues

+ Utilizing various tool to research and troubleshoot inquiries to resolve on the first call

+ Handling challenging situations calmly and professionally

+ Meeting/exceeded required performance, quality and professional expectations

+ Demonstrate excellent attendance and adherence to assigned work schedule

Requirements:

+ Successful completion of CCC New Hire Training + 90 days job tenure and meeting standards

+ One-year of customer service experience, contact center experience preferred

+ Team-focused, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic

+ Clear, distinct oral and written communication skills

+ Excellent data entry, typing and computer navigation skills

+ High School diploma or G.E.D

+ Ability and flexibility to work rotating Saturday’s or other work schedules

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
