Performs general maintenance duties as follows:
Vacancy turnover maintenance
Electrical and plumbing
A/C and heating systems
Appliance repairs Door and lock repairs
Cabinet repairs
Window repairs and blind installation
Wall and ceiling repairs
Flooring installation and/or repair
Painting
Performs general janitorial duties as follows
Vacancy turnover cleaning
Sweep, vacuums and mops common area
Cleaning of all surfaces including glass and fixtures
Rubbish removal
Grounds clean up
Snow removal
