Experienced sales candidate who is familiar with crane operations in various industries. An individual who can multitask and nurture customer relationships with 90% of time spent in the office and 10% in the field. The perfect candidate will embrace the educational nature of our sales process and continue Fischer Crane’s consultative sales approach. Knowledge of hydraulic systems, crane components, and truck upfitting are helpful. Truck frame or crane knowledge helpful but training will be provided. The candidate must have computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office applications and with Excel in particular.
· Receiving and responding to customer inquiries
· Analyzing customer needs
· Determining cost-effective solutions
· Generating Quotes
· Closing Deals
· Generating reports that reflect sales activity to inform the parts and service departments of necessary elements and labor.
