We are currently seeking a field-based Associate Territory Sales Manager (Women’s Health) who will be able to drive branded prescription sales in Chicago, Illinois territory. The Associate Territory Sales Manager (Women’s Health) will promote our growing portfolio of innovative, branded prescription pharmaceutical products.
The primary call point will be geographically located specialists calling on assigned healthcare providers and informing those providers on the features and benefits of our products to effectively grow our market share. You will be expected to develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products that enables you to engage in meaningful dialogue when calling on healthcare providers. Responsible for providing healthcare providers with all relevant information that promotes quality healthcare decisions. Employ effective selling techniques, including pre-call planning, effective opening, presentation focus, productive questions, issues identification and effective close. Ongoing training and development on our product, competitor products and continuous improvement on selling skills. Work with assigned managers to review available information provided by the product management team and/or Mission Pharmacal medical affairs team.
Bachelor’s Degree and one (1) year of business to business or pharmaceutical sales experience required. Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record. Candidate must reside within or near assigned geographic territory. Ability to travel including overnight travel. Strong organization skills, along with excellent oral presentation and communication skills. Familiarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA) applications preferred.
Base salary and incentive compensation. Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, AD&D, Life, 401(k) and PTO. Automobile allowance, and company reimbursed expenses associated with territory management.
