Job Description

Manages the clerical operations of a clinic or department.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Coordinates the maintenance and supply systems necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
•Prepares reports as directed (e.g., Quality Improvement).
•Supervise and coordinate all activities of positions supervised. Recruit, evaluate, schedule, and administer promotional/disciplinary action toward employees supervised. Conduct regular performance appraisals for employees supervised. Ensure orientation, training, and staff meetings are provided to employees supervised.
•Communicate billing and operational issues, trends and concerns to the appropriate party.
•Ensure staff possess current professional licensures and/or certifications as required for their positions.
•Performs other duties
