DESCRIPTION:

Do you have a passion for improving digital employee experience? From helping plan the launch of an omni-channel onboarding platform to rolling out new features on Office365 to help our teams collaborate, you will touch every part of the employee journey through your project management skills. As part of the Digital Transformation team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing Digital Employee Experience projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

YOUR FIRST MISSION:

Your first mission will deliver big change to the organization by examining our employee recruitment-to-onboarding experience. You will work with our Center of Expertise – Talent Acquisition to help design the candidate journey from sourcing until day one, simplify internal processes and streamline the external recruitment process. You will also activate quick wins for employee onboarding. Your mission will include defining a program methodology, reviewing existing tools and processes, benchmarking, examining the user experience, developing processes and implementing action plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Director, Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and HR Centers of Expertise Leaders to plan and prioritize projects in accordance with the DEX roadmap and employee priorities
  • Collaborate with Digital Transformation team members and Change Management to align and streamline project objectives and implementation
  • Consult with internal collaborators (particularly People & Culture group) to assess needs, define project scope and define project objectives
  • Define the project plan including critical milestones from launch to closing, according to the selected implementation methodology
  • Own project objectives and drive implementation activities
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Identify, prioritize and proactively monitor project risks and changes that may affect the project
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree Preferred
  • 5-8 years of Project Management experience working in Agile
  • Experience working on global projects
  • Expert communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for creating a better employee experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR, IS and digital employee tools
  • Comfortable using the Office 365 suite
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and complexities and see them through to completion
  • Travel 10-15%; flexible work environment
  • English: Fluent

A PLUS:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification
  • Experience in leading projects related to Human Resources, Recruitment and Onboarding
  • CORE HR Tools: SuccessFactors experience
