Job Description

Role / Title

The person who fills this position will lead Finance for eCommerce across eCommerce Omnichannel customers such as WalMart and Kroger, working closely with Sales, Category Leadership, Media and Supply Chain to grow the business. As the finance leader, the Sr Manager interfaces daily with all members of the Omnichannel teams to help set strategy and drive executional excellence across this customer group.

Key Components of the role

  • Customer profitability and revenue mix analysis
  • Promotional planning and analysis of shopper marketing spend and in-market performance
  • Annual AOP process, monthly forecasting and month-end reporting, working closely with the eCommerce leadership team
  • Provide insights to Omnichannel and Sales team meetings from the financial team perspective
  • Build financial models to generate necessary outputs for sales teams
  • Evaluate processes to effectively streamline and introduce new rituals and routines where necessary
  • Ad-hoc analysis to support business needs

Qualifications:

  • BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Strong business acumen, leadership, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional team members
