ICON Global Strategic Solutions is searching for strategic Project Managers with clinical trial patient recruitment and enrollment experience. The position is 100% home-based.

In this role, you will be the primary contact to the trial team for the management, execution and timely delivery of tactics for patient and site-facing initiatives in support of a clinical trial.
You will ensure executed strategies meet sponsor
compliance guidelines and are delivered on time and within budget.
You are also responsible for maintaining the library of tools and tactics in vTMF, as well as maintaining documentation of business processes and quality standards for effective tactic development.
BA/BS or equivalent, preferably in a scientific or health-related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in global patient recruitment and with a pharmaceutical company, CRO, and/or healthcare facility
Expertise in the areas of drug development, clinical trial operations
Previous experience in clinical trial operations including the execution of compliance and support programs.
Excellent time, priority, and self-management skills.
Strong project management skills.
Strong team orientation; demonstrates initiative to solve problems and in customer service.
High-degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Good written and oral communication skills.
Strong understanding of appropriate software and company systems.
