SUMMARY OF JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES The Project Manager role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the installation process. In partnership with the broader GGS team, the Project Manager is a professional service, charged with the responsibility leading the delivery of Glory Cash Automation solutions which meet customer requirements. Demonstrating sound project management practice, and principles through the full project lifecycle. Proactive engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders including service teams, the financial team, Project Management Leadership, supply chain, Operations, and outsourced third party contractors to ensure minimum inventory holdings and predictability of revenues. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
+ Identify professional services sales opportunities and collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders to drive new business opportunities.
+ Direct and manage project lifecycles.
+ Build, develop and grow business relationships.
+ Lead customer and internal meetings to achieve business objectives and outcomes.
+ Develop project plans and associated communication documents.
+ Effective, timely creation and maintenance of required project work products and artifacts.
+ Succinct and clear communication of project requirements and scope to team member and key stakeholders.
+ Estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals.
+ Identify and resolve issues and risks.
+ Communicate status to customer and key internal stakeholders related to schedule, issues and risks.
+ Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
+ Scheduling of subcontractor(s), service technicians, training and operations to assure a smooth installation experience for our customers.
+ Work cross functionally to ensure the integrity of product delivery schedules.
+ Resolve quality issues with received product.
+ Minimize major changes to installation dates.
+ Manage installation schedules throughout operating systems.
+ Adhere to all installation management process and policies.
+ Maintain forecast accuracy for predictability of revenue, 45, 60 and 90 days out.JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education & Work Experience:
+ Proven track record of customer facing communication skills, including sale of professional service products and projects.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills.
+ Experience with projects that involve internal and external stakeholders
+ Current PMP certification or the willingness and aptitude to obtain one within 12 months of position start date.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or related are required; professional business experience; MBA or related Master’s degree a plus.
+ 3-5 years direct work experience as a Project Manager leading project teams.
+ Competent user of Software programs, such as MS project, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word, Smartsheet, etc.
+ Effective working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
+ Occasional travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
+ Negotiation skills
+ Direct industry knowledge with cash automation equipment or equivalent Preferred
+ Experience managing projects that involve the planning and deployment of equipment to customer locations.
