Job Description

The Enterprise Sales VP is senior executive role leading a cross-functional matrixed team to pursue and deliver transformative solutions to clients. The successful VP will drive revenue growth by delighting customers with innovative thought leadership. This position will have entrepreneurial accountability for organizing a sales plan and meeting specific sales objectives annually in the CPG, Convenience, Manufacturing, Grocery and Restaurant sectors. This role is equivalent in scope & responsibility as SVP and C-Level titles in startups and agencies.

What you will do:

+ Create a strategic account plan based on account research, client interactions and industry trends/knowledge that identifies client entry points and longer-term growth opportunities.

+ Structure efforts and demonstrate urgency through consistent deal progression from identified, to qualified, to closed

+ Develop client relationships by providing thought leadership centered on their business

+ Differentiate solutions from competitors

+ Own Salesforce forecasting and keep tracking data up to date

+ Meet and exceed targets

+ Lead contract negotiations

+ Lead cross-functional team to ensure viability of proposed solutions and seamless solution integration between Acxiom, agency, and client teams

What you will need:

+ Experience building business value outcome propositions

+ Creative solution and analytical thinking highly desired; be prepared to ideate and solve for new challenges that may not have been solved before in the sectors

+ Experience in online / offline marketing industry data, tools, partners, etc.; ability to map capabilities to solve business problems or advance business goals

+ Experience constructing closed-loop solutions

+ Solution sales expertise

+ Demonstrated success with large complex deals & large sales targets

+ Experience in managing multiple accounts with multiple initiatives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

+ History calling on all levels of client organizations, including senior level executives

+ Strong domain expertise in the area of demand creation, lead generation through business prospecting

+ Business and Account Planning and Organization

+ Financial acumen



+ Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 10 years of solution selling experience

+ Knowledge of Adtech and Martech industry products, services, and solutions including data, data insight and analytics, CDP, programattic, media and onboarding experience

+ Proven success in selling across multiple client lines of business


+ Knowledge & client contacts in one or more of the following industry verticals: CPG, Manufacturing, Grocery, Restaurants, QSR, Fast Food, Food Delivery, Convenience Store

+ Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals involving large, complex deals with multiple stakeholders

+ Ability to establish C-Suite level relationships

Travel %: Ability to travel 25 to 85% when travel resumes
