We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role will provide excellent service to customers and Account Managers by supporting order processing and customer service functions at Golden Eagle Distribution. The role will support all order processing and customer service functions including dealer, distributor, OEM and e-commerce customers. This role will also assist customers with non-technical service and warranty questions.
Work closely with Sales and Service departments as first point of contact.
Answer calls and emails and troubleshoot customer requests.
Pull, review, research, and enter orders and credit requests.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
Expedite any corrections or adjustments and follow up to ensure resolution.
Inform customers of any pertinent information such as product availability, superseded or discontinued items, shipping issues.
Appropriately communicate brand identity.
Work closely with the Sales and Service Departments as first point of customer contact.
Back up to Bid/Fleet requests as needed by Sales Administration
Complete New Account Set Up in a timely manner
Execute and follow company programs, policies and procedures.
