OKRP designers help tell brand stories in visually cohesive, recognizable, impactful and soulful ways. They build on and elevate big ideas, appreciate how imagery, typeface, color and detail make a brand – from presence in an email signature to end card to landing page.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage design projects from concept to delivery of execution.
Ensure all work developed is on always brief, on brand and on time.
Create inspired, original designs – from logomarks to infographics to full branding assignments with guidelines, to developing storyboards and overseeing motion graphics – the list goes on and will continue to evolve.
Create and present your work, or work that you created in collaboration with others, in a language that aligns with the brief as well as OKRP values and intentions.
Respect all partnerships, have an open dialogue, and always work to iterate and elevate keeping in mind the brief and budget.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual design, or relevant field
3-5 years of experience
Strong portfolio and references a must
Previous design experience within a creative agency a plus
A relentless eye for detail and ways to improve.
Comfort presenting concepts clearly, and comfort responding and iterating with direction from senior design and creative leadership.
Strong organizational skills with a constant eye on next steps and deadlines.·
Thorough understanding, or commitment to learn — effective artwork production processes, roles, tools – including pre-flight/delivery workflow best practices.
Strong and proactive communication with cross-functional teams including Creative, Account, Production and Project Management.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote; After Effects a plus
