The Sr. Analyst Data Operations will lead the function by executing strategies and processes related to the Market Access payer data needs of cross functional business teams in support of AbbVie’s MABI and Market Access Insights Teams, Field Reporting and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Include:
+ Responsible for daily data operations and overall governance of payer master data. Drive innovation, data quality enhancements and process efficiency. Proactively identify and share best practices and lessons learned with peers and management.
+ Provide guidance to cross functional teams related to the data.
+ Execute strategic data initiatives and set operational priorities in coordination with MABI Insights teams, Data Strategy, Sales Operations, and BTS.
+ Optimize the data operations and effectiveness while providing the greatest business value
+ Ensure data needs of the launch product teams are met leveraging existing solutions and developing new ones as needed.
+ Leverage the lessons learned from previous launches to avoid prior inefficiencies and maximize effectiveness
+ Maximize launch effectiveness by being the lead analytics consultant to the cross functional teams on the available Market Access formulary/policies data
+ Responsible for management of formulary vendors and ensure data quality of all aspects of the information to ensure Sr. management, MABI, Market Access and others have the most timely and accurate data available to make decisions.
+ Manage and/or coordinate vendors and BTS to ensure delivery of transformed data and infrastructure according to business requirements.
+ Effectively communicate status, results and achievements across all the appropriate teams.
+ Assist in assessment of providers of Market Access payer data (formulary, medical policy) to ensure adherence to contracts and quality of data processes. Coordinate feedback from data consumers to ensure ongoing relevance and accuracy of purchased data.
+ BA or BS degree required
+ 5+ years of experience in Data Operations, IT or related field
+ Experience with IQVIA/SHA subnational payer data and related AbbVie IT systems preferred
+ Collaborative working style and ability to develop an internal network. Skill to communicate and interact with all levels in the organization
+ Analytical reasoning abilities, intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, and creativity in problem solving
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with cross functional teams.
+ Demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of information into a concise, easy to understand story for Management
+ Ability to evaluate, negotiate and manage external vendors
