Job Description

Integrated Quality Manager (IQM)for Offering Portfolio, Enabling Senior Consultant – Fulltime

As IQM you are responsible for:

+ Leading the execution of the Quality Program for an Offering Portfolio

+ Developing deep understanding of portfolio in order to advise and update leadership on status and recommended action items, in order to support high quality delivery and minimize negative financial impacts

+ Periodic analysis of financial and delivery quality status of portfolio

+ Identification, maintenance and reporting of watchlist engagements

+ Developing productive relationships within Delivery Excellence and with practice leaders to drive collaboration and implementation of identified priorities

+ Driving management action on identified risks /issues

+ Managing work associated with multiple stakeholder groups, in both US and India

+ Driving Offering portfolio specific Quality priorities as defined by leadership

+ Mentoring/leading junior team members

+ Working with the DQ SM leading the team to drive efficiencies and priorities within the HC DQ team, across US/USI

Work you’ll do

+ Responsible for advising practice leadership on potential quality issues within the HC Offering Portfolio;

+ Provide input into guidance on mitigation strategies, scope of services documentation and contract / project management practices to enable delivery quality;

+ Work with Quality Champion(s) (Quality leader from Business) to take action on identified risks, and identify Reviewers in US and Delivery Center

+ Analyze the financial and delivery quality status of the engagements and propose the potential watchlist engagements to the Quality Champion(s).

+ Research and summarize Watchlist engagement status, with an attention to the most critical issues and related action plans

+ Prepare for monthly practice leadership meetings by reviewing the portfolio of engagements, identifying risks to elevate and preparing recommendations for leadership consideration

+ Perform data / metrics analysis to identify underlying quality / delivery trends and provide initial remediation recommendations

+ Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to form complete picture of situation and provide targeted recommendations

+ Work with other Quality Managers to focus efforts on strengthening integration of quality efforts across Deloitte’s Offering Portfolios

+ Share best practices with the engagement teams to improve delivery quality and mitigate/ address delivery risks.

+ Participate in initiatives to enhance the overall Quality Program

+ Provide guidance to Analyst team member as they:

+ Analyze pipeline and Identify new engagements to assess their inclusion under Quality Review program

+ Maintain central data storage

+ Research financial details on engagements

Qualifications

Required:

+ Understanding of Consulting project lifecycle

+ Experience in client service delivery and/or client relations

+ Ability to succinctly articulate risks/issues and recommendations

+ Results orientation – has the ability to prioritize and get things done effectively

+ Strong interpersonal and people skills

+ Strong oral and written communication skills, across all career levels

+ Interest in and passion for continuous learning and creative solutioning

+ Track record of consistent performance in QRM and/or in client service delivery (for internal referrals)

+ Good understanding of Deloitte firm methods (for internal referrals)

Preferred:

+ Experience with Power BI

+ Exposure to financial domain
