Our organization, Azure Hardware Architecture (AHA), is part of AHSI. Our mission is to architect the world’s computer, driving the vision and architectural roadmap for Azure’s hardware infrastructure.
We are looking for the best and brightest Hardware Engineers to join us in designing for the future! Our opportunities span across multiple teams and represent a variety of disciplines including, but not limited to: design, verification, performance modeling, and DevOps supporting the development of IPs for FPGAs and custom silicon.

+ Work with a cross-functional team to contribute to the design, verification, validation, or embedded software/firmware on IPs for FPGAs, custom SoCs and ASICs
+ Apply your growth mindset to learn and adapt in a complex and dynamic environment
+ Apply your One Microsoft mentality to collaborate with and influence architects, designers, verification and validation engineers, and embedded software teams
+ Delight your customers by providing high quality results on schedule
+ B.S or higher preferably in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or related fields or equivalent work experience
+ 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
+ Silicon and IP verification and validation using methodologies such as UVM
+ Verilog, VHDL, and RTL for the design and verification of FPGAs, SoCs, or ASICs
+ Experience with VLSI design and chip floor planning
Interviews for the Hardware Engineer roles will be conducted in partnership with Microsoft’s Trabajamos event. By applying to this role, you’ll be assessed for multiple, identical positions on several teams.
