Prepare and serve 3 meals per day for approximately 350 residents in homeless shelter and rehabilitation program; maintains cleanliness of cooking and dining areas and makes sure proper sanitation procedures are being followed by anyone in the kitchen/dining room. Rotate food and maintains cleanliness of pantries, freezers and other food storage or preparation areas. Ability to follow organization’s and State’s sanitation rules and regulations. Follow necessary procedures to ensure compliance to pass all inspections and audits. Courteous and respectful to staff and clients. Follow all policies and procedures of organization especially boundaries. Possess and maintain a current and valid food service and sanitation license. Able to work varying days and times including early mornings, nights weekends and holidays.
