Job Description

Donson Machine is a family owned and operated manufacturing company in Alsip. we are looking for an experienced CNC machine shop supervisor for our 2nd shift. Candidates must have a strong CNC background, Machining background and Supervisor background in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have ability to work 4:30pm-4 am
  • Experience in a CNC manufacturing environment
  • Manage/Supervise a team of 2-8 machinists
  • Resolve problems and mitigate operational issues that result in negative performance
  • Manage and train machinists as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prefer candidates within 40 minutes of our Alsip, Illinois location
  • Minimum of 10 Years’ Experience
  • Previous Management /Supervisor experience in manufacturing a plus.
  • Previous experience with precision measuring instruments/application of such instruments such as: calipers, micrometers, depth gages, indicators.
  • Must be able to read blue prints (standard and metric)
