Vacancy: HR Digital Process Specialist (Absence & Time & Attendance)

Johnson Matthey are looking for a Digital Process Specialist to join the Corporate HR team. You will collaborate with our COE’s to ensure our digital approach in our global processes works efficiently and effectively meeting both business requirements and a good employee experience across the range of HR technology in place.

Your responsibilities:

+ Works with relevant COE to ensure our systems are operating in line with agreed policies and standards across all HR technologies.

+ Take a global view to drive standardisation and continuous improvement of global processes linked to their subject area.

+ Support stakeholder engagement and process sign-off activity within their functional area, ensuring appropriate governance around process changes.

+ Ensures the security model approach drives the correct permissions across the process area.

+ Implements approach to ensuring data accuracy and requirements are captured appropriately for their functional area, including understanding and pro-active management of data that drives the process effectiveness and aligned security.

+ Ensures the employee HR portal is up to date and accurate, including links, digital files, policy, standards and guidance related to the process area.

Requirements for the role:

+ Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies and standards within and knowledge of external HR best practices

+ In depth understanding of HR processes, policies and practices relating to Absence, Time & Attendance)

+ Experience of working in a project and change management environment

+ Experience in global HRIS implementation and system management

+ Experience of leading HR process improvement activity and process design activity ideally within a global HR transformation
