Position Summary

An indispensable role… Huron clients approach us with a unique set of challenges. Enterprise Solutions Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Associate can expect to spend their time follows: 80% will be allocated to material client interaction through all project phases, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification of the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations and; 20% will be spent developing Analysts and coachees when assigned, participating in practice development and, carrying out routine administrative tasks. Everyone works in symphony to achieve a common objective: create and implement viable solutions. Associates gain valuable, hands-on consulting experience…and that translates to career growth.

- Current U.S. work authorization required

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in one of the following areas:

+ Business Analyst in a Research setting

+ System Administrator for a CTMS or similar research related system

+ Clinical Research Administration experience with extensive daily responsibilities in research related regulatory, administrative or financial systems

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in technical, health, business or science related area

- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%. Huron has a Targeted Travel model focused on meeting the expectations of our clients and prioritizing a nimbler and more inclusive environment for our employees. Please discuss your preferences with your recruiter.

Preferred candidates will have any of the following additional experience:

+ Prior experience in a business analyst or project management role implementing system integration between two or more research software systems (CTMS, IRB, eRegulatory, ERP, EHR).

+ Prior experience with Huron research suite (Click)

+ Prior experience with scripted data migration, custom report writing, or data mapping

+ Prior OnCore administration or reporting experience

+ General familiarity with methods used for system integration and data exchange (web services, APIs, FTPs)

+ Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to write/edit basic query statements.

+ Project management experience
