In The Analytics and Transformation Strategy team is part of the Enterprise Credit organization. This team is responsible for defining and enhancing Enterprise Credit data processes, including platforms, reporting, governance, data management and data remediation.

The Data Manager will play a role in the data management production team responsible for the data integrity one of the largest commercial loan platforms in the world.

Candidate will be actively engaged in identifying solutions to improve loan and lease data. The role will require the ability to navigate across a wide variety of stakeholders such as credit, operations, technology, and downstream consumers.


Job Requirements**


Required Skills:** “Must” have these skills to be minimally qualified.

? Excellent verbal and written communications, high attention to detail

? Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks to meet extremely tight deadlines

? Proven leadership managing large or complex projects

? Must have 10+ years of financial industry experience across different lines of business and products

? Must be able to engage and leverage teams and business partners to deliver business

? Ability to develop root cause analysis and business case for proposed process or technology changes

? Ability to overcome barriers related to cultural shifts, silo

? Must be able to communicate effectively with Technology, Business Lines, and Senior Leadership

? Must be able to Identify and eliminate obstacles to solution plans, business goals or implementation


Desired Skills:**

? Ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions to achieve desired results

? Ability to create management level reporting using aggregated bank data

? Must be able to troubleshoot problem areas and identify data gaps and issues

? Ability to lead in a fast changing environment

? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

? Ability to quickly analyze and synthesize large volumes of data

? Ability to manage diverse projects impacting multiple roles and processes

? Proven leader within highly-matrixed organizations

Ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions to achieve desired results
