Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Full-time Program Assistant 3 for the Evanston campus.

Temporary Job Description:

Our patient service representative will be a contributing team member in making a difference and providing the best possible experience for our patients and their families starting with intake, through scheduling, billing, and insurance.  This job is great if you enjoy a fast-paced learning environment, where you can provide excellent customer service while building collaborative relationships around shared team values. If you enjoy change, you will be able to positively contribute to ongoing process improvements in a patient-focused, collaborative teaching environment.

This clinic position provides a broad variety of administrative support to the Northwestern University Center for Audiology, Speech, Language and Learning (NUCASLL), an outpatient clinical setting providing care for over 6000 speech-language pathology, audiology and learning patients per year. The position supports the Clinical Faculty, Directors, Managers, Clients, Students, Physicians, and Staff. The successful candidate will demonstrate superb judgment, problem solving, and customer service skills to resolve routine and complex issues and handle information of a highly confidential and critical nature.

Provides an excellent customer experience for all clients seen in NUCASLL, clinical faculty, and students  of NUCASLL throughout the entire patient experience including:
