Job Description

The Kirby Risk Distribution Trainee Program is a comprehensive 12- 18 month program, which will include a combination of the following:
• Coaching and Mentoring
• On the-Job Training (OJT)
• Online Learning
• Exposure to critical aspects of the Business and Industry: Branch Operations, Distribution Services, Corporate Functions, Sales, and Manufacturer Training and Products
• Project and Customer Site Visits
Upon completing the KR Distribution Trainee program, you will be allowed to fill a role in Branch Operations, Project Management, or Sales.
