QUALIFICATIONS:+ 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
+ Ability to perform basic shop math calculations
+ Desire to work hard and willing to learn
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 65 lbs. occasionally
+ Ability to work in a hot plant environment around heat emitting furnaces
