Job Description

As Senior Business Analyst – Salesforce B2C Commerce, one must work with clients and end users to gather, understand and define business requirements & assist with ongoing system Salesforce Commerce Cloud administration including but not limited to: creating products, promotions, source codes, gift cards, coupons, sales tax and merchandising the site, configuration of Security functionality.

+ Maintain database integrity and accuracy via data cleansing, data uploads

+ Assist with release evaluations including defining scope and priorities for system initiatives

+ Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner and provide internal support when needed

+ Lead end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & regression testing to accurately prioritize defects and re-test resolved issues

+ Train customer personnel to Manage the Storefront

Qualifications

+ You Supervise, mentor, guide other data analysts. Represent data analyst team in project team meetings.

+ Qualifications: 7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

+ Must have experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.

+ Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design
